"We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. I found the bed and pillows comfortable, amenities satisfactory, and convenient location in proximity to Disneyland. Staff were helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark. We had a suite with two bathrooms, one queen bed, bunks and a pull out couch which was ample room for our family of four (plus extended family to congregate). My only criticism is the bathroom was a little bit dirty/worn and would love to have better coffee available on site! All in all I’d say the rooms are priced fairly compared to others nearby and I would recommend staying! My kids and husband agree it was a great experience."

"The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Holes in the walls covered by clear tape. Mold everywhere. Elevator smelled like someone puked and pissed in there. The curtains were covered in a layer of dust as if nobody had been in these rooms in months. White substance splattered along the same curtains. Smokey hallways that looked like I was walking on the set of a scary movie. Myself and my two children immediately turned around and checked back out. I felt so unsafe. Now I’ve been fighting for almost a week to get a refund. We didn’t even stay for longer than 2minutes. But I was charged for all 4 nights and offered a $50 key cash credit. The pictures have got to be doctored or AI generated. DO NOT STAY HERE! I will never book through a third party ever again. I wish I had thought to snap some pics, but I wasn’t thinking I’d have to fight for a refund. I did however take a quick pic on our way out. "

"Easy quick walk to Disneyland to an security gate that seems to be rarely used. Hotel is clean and staff has been friendily. Highly recommened."

"This is our go to place to stay when visiting disneyland. The location is across the street and easy walking distance. There is ihop, mcdonalds, paneta, dennys and tony romas within a few minute walk which is beru helpful. Pool was clean and great for a break. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, outdoor pool and fire pit to relax while not at the park. A little street noise, but super convenient for Disneyland and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room! Definitely one of my new favorites. "

"We realized by paying the price we did we were not expecting a 5 star hotel but based on a 8.0 rating and it now being a Wyndham hotel we thought the experience would be better than it was. First of all on the website and in the lobby there talk about a complimentary breakfast. That is a joke it consisted of juice and granola bars in a bag. I asked about the shuttle to Disneyland and was told that was stopped a long time ago and the ART bus system shut down a week ago. We walked back and forth over 20 minutes each way from the hotel. The room initially looked clean but the chair in the room was so filthy ash’s stained wet couldn’t even use it. The. Blanket was old and super thin and worn out. The bed hurt our backs from being like sleeping on cardboard. The parking was a joke you were Iucky if you found a spot but at least it was free. Day 2 or toilet clogged and when we called the front desk they said they had no maintenance staff they were by themselves and we could go to lobby and get a plunger or call back in 20 minutes. Called back and someone came up she was really nice but she did not bring a plastic bag for the plunger so she leaked toilet water from the bathroom to the door we had to clean up. No toilet roll holder they stuck the toilet paper on part of part of the toilet paper holder that was left. The shower had a uneven bubble in it from being old that made you tilted as you to a shower and had to hold on to the wall so you did not fall."
