"The hotel is near a freeway but you can’t tell, it is extremely quiet. The hotel staff, Letty in particular was amazing. They are warm and inviting, the hotel room was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again, worth every penny "

"The breakfast is fine, the room is great, the outdoor seating is good. The internet service is VERY bad, it has been bad for the last 3 times I have been here. The elevator closest to the front desk has been out of service for the last 2 weeks and it doesn't seem its going to be fixed any time soon."

"Broken elevator made 3rd floor stay more difficult. Room was clean and quiet. Included breakfast was adequate. Parking was limited and spaces very narrow. "

"This hotel is terrible. Don't stay here. Location is very bad didn't feel safe. Next to a hospital so there will be Sirens all night. Upon arrival the young girl at the front desk failed to let me know about the breakfast next morning so I missed out on that. When I went to my room on the second floor I smelled Curry there were two doors propped open like somebody had been living there this alarmed me and I didn't feel safe knowing I would come back from Disneyland very late. Also saw a man lingering on the second floor. When I called the front desk gave me an attitude and asked how long I've been in the room when she knew I had just checked in. I said to her about the smell and the rooms opened and also the man lingering and she said well there are other guests here. I said I do not feel safe I wish to switch to the bottom floor and finally came back and said okay I have a room for you. I did not like this and did not like being questioned. If I'm unhappy maybe you should just switch the room. When I went to the room on the bottom floor it was okay mediocre. It was clean enough however I noticed that there were a lot of dings and dents on the painted walls and the bathroom door was completely dirty and scuffed up. The headboard had a stain on it. The carpets did not look cleaned. could not even lock the door the door lock was jammed. Don't think you're going to get hot water in the shower either. Luke warm I would not stay here again"

"Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff very friendly. Hotel is worn down, needs a deep clean and many maintenance updates. Front desk was very rude and in helpful. Location is good close to many place to eat and shop. "
