"Clean hotel and decent breakfast, but very noisy. You could hear footsteps from the room above, staff shouting and whistling, and loud cleaning/pressure washing early around 6 a.m. Okay for a short stay, but not very relaxing."

"Parking was a nightmare, and there was an almost 1/3-mile hike to the registration desk. "

"We stayed in the jacuzzi suite on the 3 floor the room was clean however once we got in we called the front desk to tell them about the loud toilet that kept running every 5 mins. The maintenance guy came up to fix it for 3 mins then left the toilet started running again within mins. The other issue is that all other entrances close at 11pm. Meaning if you don’t enter into the main lobby you will not be able to get in. Which would have been great information to provide us with on the 1st night. We had to go the front desk every night thinking it was our key that was causing us the problem we found out on our last night 3 that the only way in after 11pm is the main lobby. We came to visit Disneyland which doesn’t close until 11pm. All the parking is very far from the lobby so that long walk every night was unnecessary. Especially when you are forced to walk through the main entrance but there is no real security so that begin required was more of a hassle then a safety matter. Especially when this information was NOT told to us the day we checked in or the 3 times we came to the lobby after 11pm. "
