"This was my second stay as I liked the first. I must take it account the very low price. This was great given the low amount I paid. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast was included It is close to Cotisse bus station. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with prior. They bought bus tickets for me and all the staff I met were friendly. Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "

"2 days before check in ( I stayed in the Colbert , very recommended and a lot cheaper ) I checked if the room would be ready upon ma arrival day . Arriving in the room : empty minibar , no bottle of water in the room , no water heater to prepare tea ( was promised , like a welcome drink ). No breakfast include . The above is not a problem at all , but paying 105 Euro ( Hotel Colbert was 67 incl. a super breakfast and all spa facilities ). I would not recommend this hotel without any facility...

I booked and next thing I know, I'm getting a WhatsApp message from the hotel about my booking and asking what do i need from them to make my stay successful. A great start. They accommodated every request i had like helping with language barrier, recommendations, transport, food, etc. The morning breakfast was on point.
