We stayed at Madhuban Resort and Spa for 3 nights to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. We stayed at 2 of the Gom cottages. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff took utmost care of us and were helpful and courteous. They have 3 resturants and our favorite for dinner was the Banyan Tree. The breakfast had a great spread too. We had a wonderful experience overall. The place truely lives upto its reputation. We will surely be visitng again. Thank you Premal Badiani

The property is stunning and the lawns are majestic. Rooms are also rather clean. The problem for us was the service. Not quite the standard you’d expect. We checked in at night and the front desk wasn’t busy and yet they failed to bring the luggage to the room on time. The flush wasnt working, they sent technicians at midnight to fix the problem with a sleeping baby in the room. The staff were noisy in the room and left mudprints. Towels and linens are rundown and the quality isn’t premium. But the hotel itself is beautiful. Keycards weren’t working, the water wasn’t going through the drains in the shower so we ended up having water to above ankles each time. Bathrobes were missing from the room. Not the standard you’d expect from a 5star.

What an excellent stay. Spa was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sachin, Pooja, Iaphi and Suroj! Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Good buffet. All staff amazing. Would love to return.

The best hotel in the area. Overall staff friendly but some struggled to smile. Good choice of food in restaurants. Rooms looking ever so slightly tired. Also a bit pricey for the area.

For a first time visit was very impressed particularly with the landscaping which was simple serene and a pleasure to the eye specially after a breakfast walk. The only downsides was the maintenance where one would come see the problem,day is busy on a job will be back in 15 minutes and never shows up. Purely on principle I don’t think it would be unreasonable for management to offer a complementary ride to the local station which is only a 10 minutes ride.I feel they charge enough for that goodwill gesture. Overall well worth the visit

Poor and arrogant service at front desk

Arrogant service at front desk. Not very friendly or helpful. Rooms are very tired looking and needs refurbishment - definitely not a 5*. Beautiful grounds and entrance staff are great. Really annoying that at front reception and restaurants they kept asking for reviews! Throughout the stay. Surely guests don’t want to be pestered and pressurised into giving positive reviews!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and spa. The entire property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There was an excellent choice of restaurants, offering a great variety of delicious food to suit all tastes. One of the highlights was the beautiful grounds, that were perfect for a relaxing stroll and created a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Very long swimming pool that was well maintained. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every member of the team was polite, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel and spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway
