The hosts are fantastic. The house was entirely to ourselves, very quiet neighborhood, with the hosts living next door. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen plus washer/dryer. Cute living room with electric fireplace, TV with You-Tube TV provided, internet, record player & records. To be honest, the place could use a little updating, but the extras - goodie basket, fresh eggs from the host's chickens, coffee, lots of condiments, oil, butter, spices, ziplock bags & much more, made up for it. Plus the hosts are so accommodating - we needed to check out a bit later & that was no problem. It is located in mid-town Anchorage, so a few minutes ride from downtown (4th, 5th, 6th streets is the popular downtown area). Uber & Lyft are easily available.

Great Anchorage stay!

The property was clean and very comfortable, and included many of those small amenities that one has at home but doesn’t always think about when traveling. It was a quiet neighborhood and a central location. Casey (the host) was very welcoming as well.

Fantastic Stay

A friend and I stayed in Anchorage for a few nights as a base camp for some day trips. The location was perfect - right between the airport and downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood. The unit itself was very comfortable and well-stocked with all the basics. The hosts were very friendly and offered great tips of things to see and places to eat.

Clean & PERFECT!

We just had a few days to explore the Anchorage area, and this was a perfect location for our base. The notebook in the kitchen had loads of info and maps! We would stay again.
