Hillside Haven

  • Treat yourself to breathtaking views in this beautiful and spacious home owned by a US diplomat who enjoys time in Alaska with his family when they are not living at their duty station abroad. The home has world-class views of Cook Inlet, Mount Susitna, the Alaska Range, Fire Island, and the lights of downtown Anchorage. The location is in a quiet residential area but only eight minutes from quality restaurants and shopping and just 20 minutes to the Anchorage airport or downtown Anchorage.

    This home is perfect for large groups traveling together. There are excellent opportunities for outdoor activities at many venues including Chugach State Park, Potters Marsh, Hilltop Ski Area, Hillside XC ski trails, and many others. The Seward Highway is very convenient to this property and can take visitors both north and south of Anchorage for day trips or longer excursions. This home is in an area with a great deal of wildlife. Moose, bear, lynx, snowshoe hares, rabbits, owls, and bald eagles visit periodically.
