Convenient Eagle River location

Apartment is spacious with a full kitchen. Property is centrally-located but still quiet overnight.

Great stay outside Anchorage

Great spacious apartment just outside Anchorage. Easy access to lots of amenities, without being in the City. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. Apartment was very clean and well provisioned with everything we needed for our stay.

Overnight stay

This property looks to be part of a multi rental. It is on the second floor but was very quiet while we were there. It worked out perfect for us for our fly in/out to anchorage.

Cozy and comfortable. Open floor plan gives a very spacious feel. Well stocked with all the things to make you feel at home. Great location close to everything, but "off the path" for privacy. Loved it!

Nice Apartment in Eagle River

Perfect location for Eagle River. Stairs were relatively easy to navigate. Check in check out was smooth. Convenient parking in exclusive parking spot. It is a smokers apartment, but not noticeable after a few minutes. Kitchen has everything needed. Definitely would stay here again.

great getaway spot

Went to a show at Matanuska Brewery which is areally nice place within walking distance. Walgreens is another place about a block away. The Door Dash was Excellent and a Carrs grocery is just a bit further if you like to cook fresh. huge TV above real fireplace , Sofa is as comfortable as it looks in pictures. thanks

Very happy with my short stay

I only wish I could have stayed at this property longer! After an extremely long day of travel, walking into this property was the best way I could have imagined my day ending. The huge smart TV in the living room was a surprise as most VRBOs I stay at have a 55" or smaller, but this TV was an 85" I believe, with a maybe 50" TV in the bedroom. The couch was so comfortable I ended up falling asleep right there and didn't even make it to the bed. Overall very pleased with my short time spent at this property.

Surprisingly comfortable

This is an like an apartment style which we were not expecting. As we came in late we could hear the people across from us. However that was the only time we heard them. We mostly were there to sleep. It was nice inside and we enjoyed the games and the treats left for us. MUCHLY appreciated from the long travels.

Felt like home

This rental had so many touches that made it feel like stepping into someone's home. The couch sofa was easy to use and comfortable, lots of space to spread out. We really enjoyed our time here.

Stayed 2nights then left for Denali then returned back and stayed one night then left for Kenai peninsula. Heading back now to stay one more night before heading back to NJ.

Eagle River stay

Very pleased of our stay of two nights. Left on Thursday day drove to Denali for two days. Then on way back to eagle River and staying again for the night. Then off to Kenai for two days then back to eagle River to stay at same place for a night before heading back to NJ

Alaska Stay

Our stay at this Vrbo was excellent. We arrived in Alaska and stayed here in Eagle River for two nights, then traveled to Denali for two nights, returned back to this same place and stayed one night then off to Kenai for two nights then back to this same place for one night then traveled back home to NJ. This place has everything you need for a comfortable safe place to stay. Highly recommend. I also stayed at this same place back in December into January

over all the property was fine, check in took a bit. I got the key out of the lock box and it said down the sidewalk. There's a door down the sidewalk a bit but key didn't work, that was for some other apartment. I went around to another door and got it open. Went up the steps, there are three doors at the top of the steps. Instructions just said door at top of step. I finally got the correct door. Also it says home, this is a second floor apartment, laundry is outside of the apartment and you have to pay for it, so we had to go to the gas station and buy something to get change. Never have I had to pay for laundry at a VRBO. It says it sleeps six. Just be aware it's a trundle couch, so the footstool pops out and your sleeping on the couch cushions and also the other sleeping option is a blow up air mattress. Those sleeping options aren't the most comfortable. The living room was nice, bathroom was fine, needed some updating and water pressure wasn't great. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.

Pros and cons

Not clear which door upstairs was right one. Instructions said “door at top of stairs,” and there were three doors. No mixing bowls or pans for oven. No light over cooktop. I think tub was clean but needs redoing or replacement. No ice. Dangerous pulling out of parking lot onto street. Cannot see if anything is coming. Garbage disposal opening piece and stopper missing. Water flew when disposal turned on. Overall, I just think it needs a lot of updating.
