    Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Midtown. Safe and family-friendly neighborhood within short walking distance to the school playground. Open floor plan with three bedrooms.

    Close to hospitals, universities, and stores. TV/Wifi are available for your convenience. Washer and dryer in the house.
    The space
    Three bedrooms, one bath. One king bed, one queen bed, and one twin/full bunk bed set. This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. 1 parking space is provided and on-street parking is available.

    Bathroom amenities include a curling iron and hair dryer for complimentary use, as well as extra towels.

    The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, spices, cooking spray, and a Keurig with coffee and tea.

    There is Wi-Fi throughout. There is a TV in the main living room with basic streaming services available.
