It’s really just a bunk house but it has everything you need and they even provide a food saver with a roll of bags and plenty of ziplock bags for anyone taking home their catch. "This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."

"This was a perfect location for my family for our mini vacation. The unit was as described and offered all of the amenities one requires for a stay at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us, including two dogs with their crates! We never felt crowded or like we couldn't get away from each other :). The unit above was also rented and we never heard them, they mentioned they didn't hear us either. The back an front yards were great for the dogs. It was easy to reach the owners (not that our stay required much of that), but they were very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay again."
