"The room was nice and cold when we got in (unheard of for a lot of places honestly), and the beds were incredibly comfortable- it was like waking my husband and son from the dead the next day. The curtain didn’t fully cover all the light from the window, but when we went to sleep the world around us disappeared The bedding was stained, there was a lot of varied damage in the room (I’ve tried to be accountable for existing conditions at different places before) I called and left voicemails 3 times over time after check in for assistance (traveling with a child changes your tolerance level), never got a response But breakfast and checkout service (different person), were amazing If it was husband and I on a one night 5 star rating- anything else 4 star but mostly because the ac and mattress are heaven adjacent"

"Scott’s place was fabulous. Very convenient for beach access and nearby restaurants and ice cream! He conveniently had beach chairs we could use. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had 3 kids and 2 adults and loved the floor plan to separate us a bit. Great view from top floor balcony. Quick and friendly communication the entire stay. We’ll be back for sure!!"

"This was a very good place to stay...we had a 2BR/2BA on the third floor which was great to be high where the breeze was cooler than below! Nice to have table outside if you wanted to sit out. Three TVs so accommodated us all nicely. Nice towels, soaps & lotions. An easy walk to the beach with access to outdoor showers. Multiple pools. A few minor things I'd wish were different: the elevator access and elevators were stifling hot. Small wall Acs are ancient and while on 24/7 did nothing to cool the space. Master bath had the light and vent on one switch and this can be disturbing at night or other times. NO bar in the shower! Ice took a long time to make and I'd advise someone turn it on BEFORE a check-in. VERY challenging coffeemaker! You are expected to clean-up before leaving including taking the trash out. And finally, we left behind some books and while there was a great app ("I Left My Stuff") to manage the return, the staff communications were muddled and contradictory."

"My family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. This was our second time at this location. We loved it so much that we came back. The location is great! Restaurants, Grocery store, pool, parks, beach, fast food, and shops are close by. The host was very kind to our family. She is a great host and made sure we had a great time. I appreciated her attention to detail. The house offered many extras that other places do not provide. I will definitely come back for a third time!"

"Great place to stay! Close to the beach. You’re talking to a REAL GENUINE PERSON that CARES. There’s a lot of beach houses owned by these big corporate companies in the area where you talk to a robot and I hate that. I like my money going to someone that puts work into what they have. The place was very clean. Thanks for letting us stay. Thank you for providing little toiletries and toilet paper. We’ll be back. Look forward to the next time we’re out this way."

"Perfect location in Atlantic Beach. Very nice pool and Hot tub, both were cleaned and in great shape. It is an older house, but is well taken care of and has been updated and renovated. Plenty of seating space throughout. Check-in/check out was very smooth and straight forward. Host had great communication. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than two vehicles, but we did make it work. Overall great value"
