I highly recommend staying at this hotel and going to the Starbucks Reserve within walking distance for great drink options. Also the food is great at the hotel as well. "

"Stayed in this hotel every time when visiting family in Beijing since 2019 (not 2021 to 2022). they have 2 bedrooms option which is excellent for my family, with friendly staffs and breakfast buffet, what else could i ask for more. strongly recommend this Holiday Inn for family trip. only thing is it a little far from city center. "It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!"
