Everything is ok, comfortable rooms and facilitaties. The position is very good, close to the hearth center of Tianjin. The only lack is on the dinner buffet, too less choice and not so good quality.

위치나 친절도는 좋은 편,, 그러나 호텔의 전체적인 컨디션이 5성급 수준은 아닌듯. 창문도 비교적 작고, 냉장고를 잠궈 놓은 것도 그렇고.. 조식도 쏘쏘.. 수영장 물은 차갑고 탈의실 + 사우나의 좁은 공간은 사우나라는 명칭이 민망할 정도.. 덕분에 수영장은 사람이 없었음(이틀 연속 우리 가족 포함 총 5명 이내)

新型五星酒店，位置很好，河边城中心。大堂简洁无华，房间设施到位、春节期间窗外灯光璀璨。早餐丰富，春节期间二楼餐厅是很贵的套餐，一楼海鲜自助不够新鲜，晚上等我洗澡时水是凉的，好在家里老人都已洗完。经理带人来道歉，春节期间全满可以理解但是作为五星酒店需要提升的空间还很多

天津アイの目の前のホテルで眺めはいいです。 フロントでは冷水かアイスティを無料で頂けたので、暑い中を観光してきたので助かりました。施設のプールも使用しましたが、きれいなプールで気持ちよかったです。浴室の一部をテープで補修したところがあり、見た目が残念でした。

Great ambience in the hotel. Generally clean. Expect good service and friendly staffs. Very good concierge finding and advising directions to places you want to go. Taxis are affordable arranged by concierge.

The air conditioner didn't work. Total nightmare in summer and eve though the manager was kind enough to try and fix it, the whole system in the hotel was broken, so they couldn't do anything
