"I used to travel for work. I have easily slept in over 1000 hotel rooms. This was the single worst experience of my life. The room key lock kept malfunctioning and they wouldn’t fix it. They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. "We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"

"The room was clean and had a sea view. Rooms were cleaned daily and new towles given. The hotel & restaurant staff were friendly and gave 5 star service. The owner greeted everyone personally when he saw you. The pool was clean and beach access right in front. It is close to many shops and other restaurants.
