"This is an excellent property to get away from the hustle and bustle! The house is just as described and the access to water is very good. If you have a boat the public ramp is very close. Educate yourself on the tides, the beautiful neighborhood is located in mangrove estuary. Lisa answered all of our needs immediately. Sit back and embrace the nature and get to explore every this hidden gem has to offer."

"The property is very nice and kept very clean. The host was excellent at communicating. Check in process was quick and convenient! The pool was clean and very relaxing. The huge patio and lounge chairs were very nice to sun bathe in. Even got to see their friendly alligator every evening!! We had a wonderful and relaxing time"

"That View! Upon entering the home you are met with the most stunning view of the gulf through the many water facing windows. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. It's very roomy with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. I particularly loved all the barstools facing the gulf and the sliding windows opening to the back patio. My family and I enjoyed spending time on the dock fishing, catching crabs, and watching the wildlife. We saw dolphins and sting rays swimming by within feet of our dock. The host Ginger was wonderful. Very responsive and checking in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. I highly recommend checking out Fred Howard Park beach, which you can see from the home. We are already planning a future visit and would definitely stay in this home again."

"We had a great time at this house. It was very cozy and had everything we needed for a fun long weekend, from kitchen supplies to pool floats!! The host was easy to contact and quick on the reply. The garage/game room came in handy with the on and off rain we had, so the kids/adults had something to do between the rain drops. We would suggest an outdoor ceiling fan on the patio and maybe a little better instruction to where all the light switches were for outside, but other than that, it was great!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!"

"The property was wonderful, clean, quiet, meticulously kept property, wonderful host, close to everything, ice cold air and comfortable bed. Very cozy and quiet. Stayed a month to help my dad 5 miles away. You need your own space away from others to regenerate your energy after working all day renovating plus working remotely. The weather was hot n humid as expected and rain sometimes daily a 1 hour but thats expected. Will be back again in Nov and Dec 2026"
