We stayed in the Caladesi room. Wonderful small apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. Everything was awesome! Located right on the main Dunedin drag convenient to everything. Clean room, Pool was wonderful, and the staff took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon!

Fabulous stay in The Cottage suite. It is a stand alone suite, just like a charming little cottage. Super clean & charming. Whilst it is not elegant & fancy, it has a quaint & wonderful vibe. Comfy king bed with nice linens. The walls are a bit thin so we did hear some of the goings on close by. But all music & noise was done by 9 pm. I suspect there might be a noise bylaw in Dunedin. Everything was within an easy walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & will be back!

Meranova was a great place to stay in downtown Dunedin. The room and property were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We lived spending time at the small pool on property. It’s also centrally located in downtown Dunedin and walkable to food, bars and shopping. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be staying again.

My husband and I are locals that wanted a little weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at Meranova Inn. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was peaceful, private and refreshing. Location was perfect to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants as well as the weekly market! Highly recommend!

Meranova Guest Inn is exceptionally clean & they are very accommodating to your needs. Quick responses to questions etc. Our apt was very well equipped with everything you would need….well thought out. Very comfortable bed. Everything was wonderful.
