"The little place was very quaint. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the shower was huge. Loved the little fenced in yard, loved the landscape. My only complaint would be better ac. The little units caught up later at night. Im very hit blooded so thats probably just me. Overall a great place to stay. My son complained about the internet, but that doesnt bother me i dont play games and he will survive lol. Highly recommend, close to everything and the price point was good."

"Very clean and comfortable. For some reason, probably my own, we did not get an address of where we were going until an hour before we arrived. I did reach out for the address several times, so the start was a little stressful for us. No fault of the owner but the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, indicating battery needed replacement."

"A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. (Probably not enough room if more than two people and two people is pushing the space). The neighborhood is very nice as well. Old NE with cobblestone streets. It is walkable to the beaches, parks, downtown and Snell Isle. "
