"The unit was dirty when we arrived. We had a total of two bath towels and one wash cloth to share between two people. It is doubtful the towels were that clean too. When we asked for additional wash clothes, hand towels and bath mat we were told the onsite service was notified and will bring them. There is no onsite service and we had to spend time out of our day to go buy those items because they were never delivered. I suspect the host was an AI chatbox, but they said they weren’t. "Very clean space with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Pool and gym were enjoyable. Plenty available parking. Host was very communicative and available to answer any questions. While there were TVs in the bedrooms, one in the living space would be nice."
