"The main desk is too far from the rooms. Also, It would be great to have more items to sell on the front desk. I was not agreed on paying for parking."

"Everything was perfect from the view to the temperature of the water the staff and don’t get me started with the food it was absolutely delicious the price was reasonable this place is definitely 10/10 . "

"The hotel, overall, is average... Not special. The door to out room was literally splitting in half and we had to jerk it open and slam it to close it. The room had an overwhelming stink of the cleaner branded "Fabuloso" (overly perfumed and nauseating). They should discontinue this. The breakfast buffet was quite poor. Waffles were good. Milk was sour, like rotten. Hard boiled eggs tasted off, too. Sausage was horrible. There were muffins, toast and cold cereals we did not try. Pool area was ok and pool was cold."

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Hotel was clean and there was plenty to do. The only down side was the food. I made me sick and really wasn't very good I tried all of the restaurants and although presentation was pretty, taste was at like a 2. "

"Beach was beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff. Many local places to eat nearby. We did have a small incident that we spoke to the front desk about and it was handled immediately and fairly. Would stay again!"

"We loved our room at this hotel! It was like having our own little apartment for the weekend and the location was right in the heart of everything. The only things I would say were less than perfect was the parking situation and the floors of our room were pretty dirty. On the listing they say that valet is available, which it is, but if you decide not to use the valet or can’t afford it you will be stuck parking on the side of the road in a 2 hour max spot which got a little old. We also let the staff know about the dirty floors (since we only stayed the weekend we waited until check out to mention it) and they were very apologetic and said they would take my feedback to improve themselves in the future. Overall everything was handled very well; we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"
