We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. The room had everything you need: full size refrigerator, two burner stovetop, full size microwave, sink and a Keurig with coffee/creamer/sugar, a corner booth dining area, desk w/rolling chair and computer plugs and free WiFi, a wall full of closets with a curtain area w/hooks to hang your clothes, ironing board and iron, beautiful shower w/sliding glass doors and a blow dryer. Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Good proximity to the casino. Staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

I have rate it 100% satisfaction except the pre paid parking which cost you 32$ per Night but otherwise I would stay again .

Overall okay stay, room size was good, convenient location and good price. First of all keep in mind that once you get there the parking is just valet and the cost is $38/day! Not advertised or mentioned on hotel info. The other options giving was somewhere across the street at $25 per night. Hotel was very nice and clean. First day we left room right after breakfast and left a sign at door for the service not to get inside but apparently people cleaning didn’t care so they went inside anyways....

Very cool place, excellent 7th floor pool and lounge area! Nice gym as well.

A bit outdated but super comfortable and did its job of giving us a clean place to sleep! They are doing renovations which was a wee bit loud and wish we had known before booking but they were done before we went to bed so it didn’t affect sleep. The staff was excellent and kind!

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.
