"The hotel, overall, is average... Not special. The door to out room was literally splitting in half and we had to jerk it open and slam it to close it. The room had an overwhelming stink of the cleaner branded "Fabuloso" (overly perfumed and nauseating). They should discontinue this. The breakfast buffet was quite poor. Waffles were good. Milk was sour, like rotten. Hard boiled eggs tasted off, too. Sausage was horrible. There were muffins, toast and cold cereals we did not try. Pool area was ok and pool was cold."

"Good cooked breakfast, the air conditioning was just about right, friendly staff and the room was spacious, and so was the balcony. Well situated in downtown. "

"We loved our room at this hotel! It was like having our own little apartment for the weekend and the location was right in the heart of everything. The only things I would say were less than perfect was the parking situation and the floors of our room were pretty dirty. On the listing they say that valet is available, which it is, but if you decide not to use the valet or can’t afford it you will be stuck parking on the side of the road in a 2 hour max spot which got a little old. We also let the staff know about the dirty floors (since we only stayed the weekend we waited until check out to mention it) and they were very apologetic and said they would take my feedback to improve themselves in the future. Overall everything was handled very well; we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

"Where do I start……I booked a suite & also a separate room for family. I specifically requested the extra room to be 2 queens. When we got to the hotel at 4:30, the extra room had been changed to just a king and wasn’t even ready. That started the experience on the wrong foot. We had to wait for the 2nd room to be ready & had to keep insisting that we wanted 2 queens. After finally getting to our rooms, we all decided to head to the downstairs bar to meet for cocktails & appetizers. Several people requested Pina Coladas & were told that the bar could not make them because their blender was broken & had been for a while. The food was less than appetizing that we ordered & ended up not eating it. Every time we ran the water or flushed the toilet in our suite, the plumbing banged so loud in the wall that it was ridiculous! The next day, housekeeping didn’t even have our room cleaned & it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We had to complain & when they finally sent someone up to the room, it was done half-a#$(*with no extra towels that we requested. Horrible experience. They don’t even have a coffee shop in the hotel. The best part of the whole trip was the valet staff & bellhops! They were awesome! Don’t waste your time on this “Grand Hyatt”. A total disappointment. We’ll find somewhere else to stay from now on. Horrible experience."

"Need bands playing during week . Hard rock should cater to more music . We stay during the week and no music i was looking forward to here some good bands but only played on the weekend in one place"

"Check in was delayed for hours, claiming no WiFi due to weather but it was neither raining or windy. There was no effort made to make up for issues except being provided with liquor but I don’t drink. Also the room was full of dust, disgustingly so much that it irritated my allergies. Another indication of the filth in the room was items left by previous guests including a used toothbrush."
