"The best thing I loved about the property was the customer service. The nice lady at the check-in desk (I can't remember her name) but she was SUPER helpful and friendly. The amenities were WONDERFUL. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows, but that's my own fault for not bringing my own! I WILL be back. And everyone was friendly, especially to an old man like me. SIX STARS OUT OF FIVE!"

"I would give you a 4.5 if I could, couple of things that reduced the rating. First off the staff,the hotel itself,the bar/restaurant and coffee shop were great. The rooms were very nice, the mattresses though were a 3 outta 5, you can feel every movement your partner makes and made it difficult to sleep. If you're alone, they're great. Parking is terrible, looking for a spot at times can be extremely difficult and it's super tight with cars down the middle of the lot. Lastly the Sunday pool party has a bit to be desired. If you are staying on Sunday and expect some nice pool time with the guests, forget about it. Many people from outside the hotel show up, pool is unusable unless you want to be bumped into constantly and just relaxing isn't going to happen. I understand that this is a huge money maker for them and from a business sense I can see why they do it, it's basically a free for all, but if you arrive Sunday afternoon and expect to relax, forget about it.i can't imagine what it's like in season Again the hotel,staff and amenities are awesome, just a couple of things that would make me question staying there again."

"The location was amazing! Close to the beach and village. They gave us endless bottles of water, pool towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a cart to take our stuff to the beach. Pool was awesome and room was comfy."

"This is a recently rehabbed “motel” that has transformed itself into a high-end beachfront resort in a very nice part of Sarasota. The restaurant on the eighth floor of the new tower is outstanding, and has spectacular views up and down the Gulf Coast. Highly recommended."

"Lovely clean room with balcony overlooking the pool. Restaurant food was very good and Roger was very helpful. Pool bar provided food by the pool site. Mixed fruit bowl was lovely and fresh."
