While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I was then reassigned to a significantly smaller room that was not comparable to my original booking. Additionally, the condition of the replacement room was unacceptable, as it was not clean and did not meet basic standards. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I was informed that no other rooms were available, leaving me with no reasonable alternative. This experience was highly disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expected. As a result, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I regret to say that I will not consider returning in the future. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate response. Easy access to the local trolley. The management staff at Azul was responsive to every request and made our stay enjoyable!"
