"Love staying here. It sufficiently nice. No real extras except pool was clean and breakfast was great. Room is a bit old but very clean. Everyone at property is nice and friendly especially the lady in charge of breakfast. Always works over and beyond what she should. Will always stay here when in town"

"Checked in to room 2828 and it was a disaster- wet carpet, damp comforters, stained pillow cases, puddle in the bathroom floor, and no hot water. Phone in the room went straight to busy signal and app gave no response to the issues. We ended up bringing our bags back to the lobby (only 1 working elevator) to talk to Ty manager. Fortunately we were given a new room 1707 which was way way better, cleaner. Would not recommend staying in the main building as it appears to be the older of the rest. Also, be aware that in addition to room fee, you will be charged an additional $55/day resort fee and $25 per day for parking."

"Room was comfortable and a great size. It was clean, bathroom was super small though. Communication was a struggle. I tried calling front desk on multiple occasions both from my room phone and my cell phone with no answer, same for the restaurant since there were signs that we could call ahead an order to pick up and being to the room but I wasnt able to test that out due to no answer. The tub in the room wouldn't drain properly so was showering in ankle deep water. I do appreciate how secure everything felt and the fact that you even need a room key to access the elevator."
