"To be honest, my stay was more of a 4.5 stars. I was in town for the Brandy & Monica concert, and I loved the convenience of walking to the arena from this hotel. I was by myself, but never felt unsafe. The room was very comfortable and it was easy to make myself at home. I loved that there was a kitchen with actual appliances. The bed was very easy to control but it is a little tall and I found myself having to climb in and out of it. What I would appreciate is more detailed information about getting into the building and parking procedures. I think pictures should be provided when check-in instructions are sent so that guests know exactly which entrance to use and where to enter the code. I didn't know where to find the parking pass in the room and the instructions for the parking lot were on a piece of paper in the room. Receiving all of these instructions 2 hours before check-in would be ideal - not 1 hour. Also, I had no idea where to drop off the parking pass because the instructions were confusing. There is a door into the lobby from the parking garage for residents and that is where the drop off is. This box is hardly visible from the street. Overall though, I would definitely stay again."
