"This really is a hidden gem and I kind of don’t want to write that as I would love to revisit and it be available! It’s a cozy space, but all you need if you spend most of your days exploring and going to the beach. All the necessities in the room space that you need so you can take one grocery store trip and be there for the week with no problem. But still in walking distance of some good food and fun. "

"We could not have had a better experience staying at Gregg's "beachhaus"! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, 5-min walk to the beach (if that). Everything needed for a beach vacation was available: towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all. Gregg was super responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The bar across the street, Mahuffer's, has live music and was a great way to wind down for the night. You're steps away from some great restaurants and a short drive to even more places to eat, breweries, mini golf, and more. We already can't wait to go back next spring break! "Parking was provided and easy to access. The condo provided beach towels and coolers which is always nice to have available. The kitchen provided ample dishes and glassware as well as pots and pans however the pots and pans needed to be cleaned/scrubbed prior to use. The cleaning crew may lack some training in cleanliness as the floors were dirty and we needed to wear socks to keep our feet clean. Also they should have alerted the manager that the front bathroom sink did not drain properly and the toilet would run ever few minutes obviously needing repair. Also a suggestion to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a plus!"
