"The location is very good and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is an older property but it is clean and the service is top notch. Our refrigerator was not working properly and we had just gotten groceries for the week. They had someone come right up and replace it for us within the hour"

"We stay at the Tradewinds every year. Great amenities and comfortable room. While there is construction in the Brekenridge building it did not disturb us, even being on the second floor. Will be back."

"The property is nice but crowded. People put their pool towels on the chairs really early to save them and kept them there all day. The mattress in 3602(the bed closest to the window) is broken down and needs replaced. There is literally a huge hole in the bed. There was no balcony which I wasn't a fan of. The fridge and microwave in the room was nice. There was plenty of parking which was nice. There were a lot of activities for the kids."

"Staying in this room was the same as staying anywhere else on the property. This room gave us access to all of the same ammenities and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and would go back in a minute!"

"Nice sized room and clean. So many things to do for adults and kids. Love the outside patio area with fire pits, hammocks and adults only pool. Loved the cabana at the beach. So easy to reserve with the app. Lots of beach bars near there and food options!! I would go back!!"

"Fun property for all ages. Kids had lots to due. However, we booked for a week and had to move unexpectedly midweek due to error in 3rd party booking. We did get one room back, but disaster moving 9 people. Room we were going into wasn't ready. Tradewinds wasn't helpful as they kept telling us it was a BlueGreen Resort issues. Offered us ice cream vouchers for the kids that expired on the same day, so we never could use them. We basically had to waste one entire day in the middle of vacation...

"We initially booked the property Sunday-Sunday and were advised that it was wrong and we could only have it Saturday to Saturday. This caused us to have to change some of our flights as well as get a hotel night for the Saturday. then when flights were cancelled and we requested a credit for one night we never got a response back."

"Our room is clean. The smell was a bit musty as other reviewers have said little bit of mildew in the shower but overall a really clean facility. The pools and hot tub are immaculate. Beach access is excellent and the locations really good"
