"What was supposed to be a weekend stay turned into a week stay. The staff members are amazing. When I extended my stay they had no issues accommodating me and my family. The property is clean, quiet, and updated. Beds are super comfy. AND Did I mention HAPPY HOUR EVERY DAY ( PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK FOR CHAD) lol. I could go on and on. Definitely will be staying here again. "

"Intenet was down and lock had to be fixed when they gave us the room. Should have gotten at least a small discount. Super inconvenient to not be able to leave your stuff in your hotel room becauee the lock was broken. But good other then that"

"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"Crystal Palms is a well kept slightly older property. The communication & ladies at the desk was awesome. Our unit could use a little TLC, but it was great nonetheless. Location was awesome, across the street from the beach & an access trail. The price was reasonable compared with others too. "

"Great Location and pool! The bed was king size and the shower was a walk in which were great. The clothes storage was very limited and the overall size of the condo was on the small size. Overall it worked well!"
