"Non gulf view was in basement looked at a parking garage. Room was so filthy. Never again. Its a shame because pool is nice. Smaller than i thought though. Rooms need a redo. "

Additionally, while the housekeeping staff member was courteous, communication was limited due to a language barrier, which made resolving a minor issue take longer than expected. Improved attention to safety and communication would enhance the guest experience."

"Great location, great building. Most of all, incredible staff. Extremely friendly and genuinely caring from the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping staff. Later in our stay, our 2 yr old got the sliding door to the balcony closed on his finger. The staff was very concerned, recommended which hospital to go to, and since it was late at night, offered us an extended late checkout the next day knowing we would get little rest. I had another manger call us to follow up with how our little guy was doing the next day. This hotel overall understands service. Would definitely go back. "

"The hotel definitely needs updating the water would not stay in the bathtub as bathtub, stopper was broken. The staff was excellent, and the location was perfect."

"The property was clean and quiet. The mini kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it. You can't see it from the main road, so that was weird. There is a Target across the street from the road it's on, so that's helpful if you need to stay for an extended time. If you need a quiet and clean place to stay for an extended time, this place is nice. It was further away than I thought from the stadium, which was the main reason I was in Tampa."
