"Nice property, good staff"

"Mi habitación la limpiaron una sola vez. Simplemente sacaron la basura y ya. Eso no es limpieza puse el letrero para q no volvieran a entrar. Para entrar al hotel hay que tocar un timbre. Siempre se esperaba bastante para que lograran abrir. La antencion en el desayuno estuvo muy pobre. No vuelvo. En el jugo y en el chocolate caliente se sentía que el agua no era filtrada."

There is a homie vibe there and a peaceful feeling as soon as you enter. They will make sure you feel comfortable and safe, also they provide the best recommendations. "The front desk guy was very unprofessional. I'll just leave it at that. READ THE ROOM DETAILS. Some room types have shared bathrooms and some are shared. Has more of a dorm or hostel feel to place. Noisy on the halls and thin walls between guests. Can hear everything from foot steps to convos to sex from everyone especially when people are in shared spaces like hallway or guest lounges. Only positive is location. "

"Amazing place if you are looking for quiet and relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Santa Elena is close to Medellin if you want to have a city experience. (45 min due to country roads) Hosts are very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, tradicional, “paisa” style."

"The hotel is small with about 7 rooms which was nice. The young man Maricio at the front desk was super helpful and nice and the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned were the same. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but certainly enough and good. The decor is fun and felt very homey. Beautiful view from the balconeys over looking the gorgeous mountains. A short (10-15 minutes walk through the town to the center. Very clean comfortable nice place. Recommend. "

"This is actually a house with three rooms available for rent. It is located out in the country right between Downtown Salento and the Valle de Cocora. It is ideal if you plan to travel to the Valle de Cocora for some horseback riding, not if you want to explore the city center of Salento. We lucked out because everybody checked out during the day we checked in; hence, we had the entire house to ourselves. Nice! The breakfast was American style small and tasty if you want to eat a lot you will find plenty of coffee places and restaurants in the villa de Leyva. I can’t rate this property enough it is tranquil and solitary place to decompress ."
