The location of the hotel is right in the middle of all of the disco and bars and restaurants. Most of the businesses close at 2 AM, but a few are open until 4 AM. Also, off of the main strip, that no cars allowed to be on, the city is extremely lively as well.

The room was extremely clean - fresh sheets, powerful and silent inverter AC, and daily room service. The location is a strong advantage, right in the middle of Provenza and Poblado. The breakfast buffet is good - fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh orange juice, pancakes, etc. Friendly staff. The room was just a bit uncomfortable as is it very small, and the bathroom did not have a cabinet. Also, my room was the one closest to the lobby, so I sometimes heard people talking in the morning, but I don't think other rooms had this problem. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel, but it really was exactly as it was described. The staff was helpful and friendly, even though my arrival was late due to flight delay. You literally are in the heart of Provenza which made it that much more fun.

The hotel is right at the middle of all the actions e.g. bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. It’s in a very safe area in Barrio Provenza in El Poblado. The room is so spacious. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin.
