"Horrible setting with lighting, for two days I felt like I am in cave, or another option was, open the drapes that you feel that you are fish in aquarium and whole hotel’s lobby can watch your movements. Uncomfortable setting between design of the room and see through windows facing inside of the hotel"

The morning breakfast outstanding and central reception lounge, super cozy and upbeat. Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Zurich!"

"Very poor temperature control in room. Had to open the window to cool down, air conditioning appeared to be centrally switched off- a common problem these days. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle bus is crazily over priced, cheaper to get an Uber."
