Very friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time so we inquired about luggage storage. The staff informed us that our room was ready. This was a huge help! We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station and we were touring Zurich about 15 minutes later.
