"Great place to spend the night for our stop in Redding! The staff texted a couple of times to confirm our arrival and get an ETA. We arrived after 10:30pm and the friendly host helped with a mix up with our reservation. We appreciated the water and granola bars in the lobby. For a quick breakfast, we walked across the street to Downtown Grounds- another great find! "

"It all was going fine until I was in the bathroom and the power went out. We were on the 3rd floor and unable to walk down the stairs due to a disability so we had to wait for the power to come back on to get checked out. We were in a handicap room and they should have checked with us to see that we were alright. Then unable to get a print out due to computer rebooting."
