"The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, (thank you Jillian!).
My only concern was if your neighbor’s had their TV turned up loudly, you could hear it through the adjoining wall.
We faced the YMCA and we could hear cars and trucks rumble by at all hours. I would request a quieter room if staying in a city view room.
The food in their restaurant was excellent. We had breakfast and my omelet was fantastic! Excellent food and great service!
If visiting Knoxville again, I would stay here. I would just ask for a quieter room."
