"Check-in was a nightmare. Arrived on hotel shuttle, back of bus. Issued about 8 rooms in 45 minutes. Even the poor guy who showed up a half an hour after me had to wait at least a half an hour before he got his room with his family and luggage and tow and the staff knew him. Somehow mysteriously of the two check-in receptionist. One of them closed down her computer and closed down her bank and left with people in line that have been waiting for a very long time . Fortunately when I got to the counter Brian was amazing . Location is great unless you want to walk to eat or buy something. Restaurant very good, a little overpriced. Alcohol very overpriced. The little store in the Prime wing unattended at 4 pm. Brooms are dated and need some TLC. A fresh paint job. A little tender, loving care to be pretty dang nice. Most of the staff was pretty attentive, just problems at check-in, which I think could have been avoided as I saw the manager walk by with her radio several times despite the very long and slow line"
