"From airport pick up to airport drop this hotel is soooo organized and helpful. I have already recommended this hotel to friends in transit via Bogota. 5 minutes from the airport with beautiful modern spacious rooms. Staff professional and informative my disasappointment is I didnt stay longer. I definitely will be back! Keep the excellent services up."

"There seemed to be no climate control and it was stuffy . Perhaps this is ordinary in Bogota. There was no hot water in the shower . Barely tepid. The containers of soap were dirty from the previous guest. The bed was good. Television good . Room was pleasant and quiet. Shuttle was good. I’ll try another place next time"
