I stayed there for a night before catching a flight out of BOS. I would say the property was good enough for the one-night stay I paid a little over $100 for. I felt like they gave me the “Expedia” room which was likely their most used room in the building. For example, it was within thirty feet of the lobby so I felt like I was sleeping behind the counter. The fiberglass tub creaked continuously and felt like I might fall through at any moment. My guess is this was due to high volume that had used that room. The showerhead was also loose and ready to fall off in my hands. When I mentioned those issues at checkout the response was one of disinterest. That said, the breakfast was satisfying and well-attended. I don’t plan to return.

Our room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was useful. The only complaint was the soap left in the shower from the previous guest, the lack of ports to charge my cell phone, and the drain for the sink.

I had a huge suite -- more than I needed! -- and it was well-appointed. But the best part was the staff. I left behind my sports jacket in the closet, but I made a quick call, and they fetched it and kept it at the front desk for me for a few hours until I could circle back. The staff could not have been nicer or more responsive!

The room had plenty of room and even a full kitchen although I didn't cook. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've as slept in in a long time. There were many choices at breakfast, but even though I got there soon after it opened, the food was luke warm. The oatmeal was watery. The cream cheese was sitting in water not ice, so I didn't dare try it. Didn't want to get sick.
