"The King room was just fine-clean. The AC seemed to cycle and it would get very humid in the room. We did like there was a bar available should we have chosen to partake. We did not eat breakfast and so cannot comment as to the quality. Parking was at a premium. All three nights we were fortunate to find a parking spot at all."

"Myself and my family stayed here for 2 months and it was a very positive experience. The host was communicative and cooperative and the building and area was extremely safe. There was a lot of nearby shops and restaurants, some were even walking distance, which is unusual for Texas in general. A couple of things that could have been better was the amount of supplies in the unit compared to how long we stayed there (bathroom and dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc), and also the quiet hours, as we could hear our noisy neighbors frequently from about 11:00pm to 6:00am. Other than that it was great and we cant wait to come back!"

"I had reserved this place for a month. The day of my reservation I was notified by my work that the location of our job site was switched and I needed to be nearly an hour away, across town. So I reached out to ask the Host if we could just cancel my reservation. It turned out to be a four or five day event, with numerous calls in to Vrbo Cust. Service. The Host would not give me a refund, and she was so suspicious of everything that she didn’t even believe the Vrbo agent worked for Vrbo, and wouldn’t work with him. She would not be flexible at all, and was generally unprofessional, and just a scared person who could not make a sound decision quickly. It drove me nuts! Eventually she charged me for I believe three nights even though I did not stay even one. The building is right by the freeway overpass so the sound and even physically trembling of the freeway are consistently present. The building has a number of gates which have to be unlocked every time you enter, as I did show up there and look at it for fun, and it seemed very annoying. I went and looked at the bed as I was thinking to stay there for a night or two once I learned she wasn’t going to refund me. I dropped my briefcase inside the door and went to dinner nearby to think about what I would do. You could hear children making noise in a unit nearby, since the units must not have great sound proofing. The entire building smelled like rice vinegar. The bed looked ridiculously crappy. Do not go!"

"If you rent this property, you better stop for supplies first. because only the bare minimum is provided. No soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the liquid soap from the kitchen sink the first night to shower. There was no soap provided for the dishwasher, no paper towels or extra garbage bags or although the rules state the garbage should be disposed in the dumpster at the end of the hallway daily. Although linens were part of the listed amenities, the bed had no flat sheets, and no towels were placed in the second bathroom. Though provided in a basket in the other bathroom, it would’ve been nice to not walk around searching for them when you’re tired and ready to bathe and go to bed. Zoom into the pictures of the living room. You can see soil marks at the corners of the two yellow chairs. The blue sofa had gum or other stains which were turned backwards to hide them. The brown spots on the white carpet couldn’t be hidden however, and neither could the stains on the headboards or marks in the closet . They didn’t even bother to put a battery in the kitchen clock. The cleaning fee was a joke since we were told to strip the beds and put linens we used in the washing machine and load the dishwasher in addition to taking out our garbage daily. There was no access to the balcony, the windows were filthy, and the dumpster was dangerous for guests since closing it would lock you out leaving you outside and other units in the condo"
