"Room bathroom was not so clean. Breakfast was not to good. Second floor hallway smelled and was always hot. "

"We were appauled at the condition of this hotel. Upon arriving at first look it appears to be your average hotel. After checking into our room and looking around we were completely grossed out. The room was grimey, any hanging curtain from the windows to the shower curtain were full of rips & holes and some were barely hanging on. The floors were so nasty that your socks &/or feet turned black after walking on them just a little bit. There was no phone in the room. We supposedly rented a room with a " kitchenette" however there was only a fridge & a hotplate... THAT WAS IT 😱. Most definately the smell of mold in the entire hotel if you can smell it over the OVERWHELMING POT SMELL as there were multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot. 😱 There was even a motorcycle parked out front to a guy who jumped the fence from behind after dumpster diving and took off 😱 The cover to the AC unit in the living room fell completely off in the middle of the night and the one in the bedroom sounded as if it were a jet airplane taking off and landing all night 😱. Definately WILL NOT BE BOOKING A STAY HERE EVER AGAIN 😱😱😱😱"

"Room was clean. Staff was great but fridge was warm even after request for maintenance to check it and Netflix or other internet apps on tv wouldn't load even after maintenance. "

"I was most impressed by the Host. This was a rough trip!! We arrived very late due to flight delays. The host responded right away to my questions to access the VRBO. We also last minute requested a late check out due to a car accident and no transportation. The Host was very accommodating. It was also a great location and very quiet! "

"Came down to Houston for my birthday week and I was very happy I used this space. House was clean and spacious, just as it looks in photos. Host has great communication and made the whole stay easy for me and my group, host also had some ballon’s set around and it was very beautiful "

"The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish until 5:00. We had to wait an hour and received nothing more than a “thank you for your patience.” The lack of customer service in both situations left a bad impression.The house itself was roomy and matched the photos. However, there was a large wet spot on the master bedroom rug that didn’t dry until morning. The living room couch was worn and stained. There was no hand towel in the powder room, so we had to use a washcloth from the master bathroom. The refrigerator leaked constantly, leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor that we had to keep cleaning up to prevent slipping.The backyard was also disappointing—only one broken chair, and the shed was left open with animals nesting inside. I also did not appreciate the repeated emails urging me to leave a 5-star review."

"I ended up staying for 3 months. The apartment was very clean and the layout was spacious. Whenever I had an issue, ie I couldn’t find my package, the building management were always extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend this stay!"
