"Great hotel"

"The breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no milk for cereal and I was told that they didn't receive their breakfast delivery, but that they would certainly have milk tomorrow. I said, but I'm here today. All they did was say they were sorry. They also only had vanilla yogurt available, probably for the same reason. The next day there was still no milk or yogurt selection. How hard would it have been for someone from the hotel to walk over to Aldi and buy a couple of half gallons of milk? Flimsy paper plates with no rigidity that you might take on a picnic. But you'd probably use a plate holder underneath. Also, there wasn't a drain plug for the bathroom sink so if some accidently drops a piece of jewelry, a false tooth, or some other small object in the sink, down the drain it will go!"

"The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned. "

"I was so impressed with the Bungalow. It was exactly what I needed. Though I did not spend much time there other than sleeping, It was perfect !! I would like contact information to possibly make this a yearly trip and next time bring my wife with me. Thank You so much !!!"

" This was our first VRBO and it totally met our expectations. The property was impressively clean, nicely decorated and a breeze to secure entry. Huge, totally private back yard. Some beach chairs and beach towels came in handy. Washer and dryer too. Hardly a criticism, but a floor lamp at the corner of the couch would definitely come in handy for reading in the evening on the very comfy couch. Completely satisfied with the host and the property."

"Very basic. Kitchen poorly stocked (one steak knife, one coffee filter, 4 forks, no dish towels). Sofa hard as a rock. No spare blankets or throws. Just very basic. "
