"The breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no milk for cereal and I was told that they didn't receive their breakfast delivery, but that they would certainly have milk tomorrow. I said, but I'm here today. All they did was say they were sorry. They also only had vanilla yogurt available, probably for the same reason. The next day there was still no milk or yogurt selection. How hard would it have been for someone from the hotel to walk over to Aldi and buy a couple of half gallons of milk? Flimsy paper plates with no rigidity that you might take on a picnic. But you'd probably use a plate holder underneath. Also, there wasn't a drain plug for the bathroom sink so if some accidently drops a piece of jewelry, a false tooth, or some other small object in the sink, down the drain it will go!"

"The charm and coziness of this property were wonderfully vintage and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean and in good working order. I was impressed by the hosts' and their team's responsiveness; communication was always wonderful. The place was just a few blocks from downtown Melbourne, and they were even kind enough to make some recommendations for places to visit nearby. Definitely helpful. Even though the property is near some local businesses, it's quiet and comfortable, and the internet service was super fast for some work time. "

" This was our first VRBO and it totally met our expectations. The property was impressively clean, nicely decorated and a breeze to secure entry. Huge, totally private back yard. Some beach chairs and beach towels came in handy. Washer and dryer too. Hardly a criticism, but a floor lamp at the corner of the couch would definitely come in handy for reading in the evening on the very comfy couch. Completely satisfied with the host and the property."
