"Staff were great, we arrived earlier then the check in time and was able to leave our bags with reception. when we returned later to check in they had already moved our bags to our room which was a lovely touch. all staff were incredibly helpful and really made the experience unforgettable. would stay again in a heartbeat. taxi ride to disney was less then 10 minuets and the hotel is only a 5 minuet walk from a massive shopping centre and train station. only thing to note is you do have to empty your own bins and take the bin bags to the bin area in the basement but that is minor and would happily do it again to stay here 10/10"

"The location is really great for Disneyland and the shopping center. They also have laundry available for a small price which was really nice. I do think the rooms are a bit outdated which you can see on the walls & bathroom and it would nice to have an outlet next to the bed. But overall, the hotel is great."

"Stayed here 3 times in total over the past couple of years when visiting DLP and we’ve always had a fantastic experience. The staff are fab (nothing is too much trouble and they are all just lovely!!), rooms are lovely and clean and when we stayed in August last year it was lovely having the pool to go in as a break from the parks. We’ve drove twice and the journey to the park is easy and the hotel have free parking. Our last stay we didn’t drive but found uber to be super easy and approx €12 each way except for straight after park closing when it was around €30!! There is a bus for around €2 and I believe they run quite late but we were short on time and I had my toddler so we opted for the quicker option. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and people looking for a family friendly stay near to DLP. I’m sure we will be back soon ✨"

"A great option if you decide not to stay at a Disney hotel. Close to the train, nice neighbourhood and lots going on, even though we arrived late. Much nicer looking than our Disney selection!"

"It is Apartment hotel so cleaning services will only be once a week. Near disney abd there is free shuttle provided but it gets so busy in the morning. We booked a room for 3 people , 2 adults and 1 kid. They gave us a room with small bunk beds and one sofa bed. It was not comfortable so we changed to 2 bedrooms one and it was really better. Not very much clean outside rooms, the halls or when you open the windows you will see spider's webs everywhere on the corners of walls. Pool was not heated it was cold. Location is really good for disney visitors."
