Íbamos con niños pequeños y lo estuvimos llamando y mandando mensajes y no hubo respuesta por su parte. "Warm welcome from Claire when we arrived. She took time to explain all amenities and facilities in the hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, and kept that way daily. Plenty towels. Nice Nuxe toiletries. Having a small kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. Good aircon. Room was quiet, even though we faced onto main road. Spa facilities looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. Transport to/from Disney was very helpful. All staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel. Hope to return soon!"

"Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The moment I pulled in I loved the castle like look. This is the perfect place for families with kids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. I was even offered a different room while the service provider worked on mine, Overall, the hotel was a 10/10."

"Really good value for money and so handy to Orly where you can just walk over the bridge… Paula in particular was amazing at reception. Yes the rooms are small so perfect for solo traveller, perhaps a bit small for a couple… but if it’s only for layover and one night, it’s totally fine"
