"One of the tiny elevators were broken, making the people trafic very slow, and the one-way street access was a little difficult to get in or out of the parking lot."

"The maid to order omelets had much to be desired, they were small. Check in for our three night stay was a lot more difficult than it needed to be, and there were only two people working at the desk so it took almost an hour to check in."

"I recently stayed at Ramada in South Padre Island, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt neglected — there were no basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, or even soap provided, which was quite surprising. The furniture is clearly outdated, and several items were worn out or broken, giving the space an overall run-down feel. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited — mainly a couple of cereal choices, some pastries, and waffles. However, there were huge lines just to use the waffle makers, making it inconvenient and time-consuming. On top of that, the breakfast area was overcrowded, with not nearly enough tables to accommodate guests. Overall, this stay felt more frustrating than comfortable, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again."

"Amazing stay, easy check in and great communication! The beachfront ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and we loved having balcony access from both the living room and bedroom. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Extra comfy bed & lots of extra amenities (*only 2 rolls of t.p).Security was a huge plus!! They actively checked wristbands, monitored beach access, and enforced parking so there were always spots available. (It’s worth noting that if you are there during spring break Clayton’s and Louie’s nearby can get busy and a bit loud, but honestly, it wasn’t bothersome inside the condo at all. If anything, it added to the fun…we enjoyed the music and a little people-watching from the balcony!) Chairs, etc for the beach were a great bonus!We loved it so much we extended our stay and were so thankful that 208 was available. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a great stay here! We loved the direct access to the beach, awesome pool, and the food onsite at Barry’s bistro/beach bar was well priced and some of the best we had! The rooms were cleaned and while not a brand new hotel, they have updated it so it feels refreshed. They are pet friendly so there were lots of dogs, which was a first for us to see so many in a hotel but luckily there was not a ton of barking."

"This has been the 5th year we've come back to SPI and the 4th year at the tiki. We recommend the property to everyone! Every experience has been top knotch. This year was no different. The condo was fantastic for my family and I. The space was perfect and very accommodating. 6 adults and 3 grand kids with ease. Everyone had their own space and we felt comfortable not crowded. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of extras we didn't expect. And fully appreciate. The location to the pools and beach fantastic. Also communication with the host was perfect. They were able to accomidate our flight changes and very flexible.. 10/10 highly recommend. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing a wonderful welcoming space for family memories. "
