Place was very clean, room was excellent and breakfast was awesome! Texas shaped waffles!!! Beans, eggs, potatoes, sausage, all the cold foods and pastries, juices and coffees, milk etc. the room was huge and very convenient, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! They saved us by helping us with our luggage when we were in between reservations. Will stay again!!! (Only thing that could improve is that the mattress on pull out couch is bad. But every single hotel pull out couch we've stayed in has been bad. I wish they had foam mattress pads or something to help with the bad springs) but the rest was good, the bed mattresses were very comfortable!!!!

Friendly staff, hotel and room are outdated don’t get lies about the picture at website nothing is like the picture on website I paid for two nights and only stayed one night the room 106 have mold in the bath tub corner the ac unit don’let you sleep sound like a mower machine,again the picture in the website is not the condition of the hotel right now, not recommended and they love caulk everything is hide whit caulk

Decent budget hotel. I was in town for some water sports activities and I would stay here again for the price. I would not stay here if had remote work to do on my laptop. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent (premade omelets, potatoes, sausage patties, bagels, etc). Small pool clean but not heated. Built in furniture has been remodeled, so that was nice. Otherwise this is an older value focused hotel that's naturally a little rough around the edges (carpet, chair in room, bath shower door) but totally fine within the price point. I was disappointed with the lobby gathering area. Pictures on Expedia showed a high top with outlets and USB ports, but none of these are functional. And the room is too cramped and by the front door to be comfortable. So there really was not any area to sit with a laptop for any length of time outside of your room.

Breakfast variety was very good. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and professional. They are well mannered. The front desk can be a bit more inviting since they are the front line. The room was clean. Overall I was pleased. I will be back.
