"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"Our stay was ruined when the host had the most deafening construction taking place right downstairs in the bottom unit of the house. It was like jackhammers were being driven into our brains. Extremely disappointing, and when I tried to get a refund the host completely ghosted me and hasn’t responded for weeks. DO NOT STAY HERE."

The location was in a "busy" area but was super quiet (we barely noticed or heard anyone on the upper floors, and even the nearby train wasn't an issue) and felt very safe overall. "My only problem was that the heater was on non-stop the 1st night and i had no access to control it. The other thing that turned me off was the mice poop in the shower…..i can send a picture if needed…but that is gross. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, the t.v. was fine."
