Split over two levels, the property is private and peaceful with a leafy aspect and sea views, the perfect sanctuary away from home. Downstairs has a separate living area with two bedrooms, a European laundry and a generous bathroom with bathtub and open shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and in the other bedroom, 2 king single beds and its own private deck. Beautifully presented with air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating throughout, this floor plan is perfect for guests or family who appreciate their own space with all the mod cons including super-fast NBN Internet.

The upstairs features an open plan fully appointed kitchen/dining and living area that opens out to a sheltered and private deck with spectacular ocean views. This is the heart of the home designed for easy living. Point Break is not only spacious, light and bright, but it feels like home. The back of house leads up to an inviting master bedroom featuring stunning canopy bed, luxurious ensuite and its own private deck overlooking the backyard. The grounds are fully landscaped featuring a tree-lined path that leads you towards a sunny bbq and entertaining area in the rear of the property. Follow the path in the other direction for a short leisurely walk to nearby beaches, surf, boating and tracks. This certainly ticks all the boxes.
