"This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. "Maybe it was the room we stayed at- but we do not feel like it was worth the money at all. The amenities were great (mostly the pool & beach access). Food at the on-site restaurant was actually really good and the staff was nice. However, the room we stayed at felt like it hadn't been occupied in months. Smelled stale and there was a leak! When we called, they came the next day to "fix it"- maintenance guy just replaced the tile and it continued to leak continuously. There wasn't a Do Not...

"The Cape is dated, but well-maintained, comfortable, and clean--exactly what we were looking for in a one-night stay in Cape May."

"Very welcoming, friendly staff. Small clean room with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, desk, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, microwave, mini frig, more. The only downside was the very short sink in the small bathroom. The coffee and breakfast pastries and bananas on table under the tree were nice to have to start the day off."
