"Upon arrival the splendour of the old building, its design and location was a stand out. The reception staff greeted us with poise and helpfulness. Our room, initially, was not what we hoped for. It was no trouble for the staff to change our room to one with a balcony - such was their helpfulness. Our stay was made easier by the ready availability of fresh fruit and milk sachets for guests. Sitting in the parlour was a joy as there were plenty of interesting books to read. A highly recommended...
