A charming spacious lake house located in Grandview Bay, minutes away from 5 private access points, as well as a public park and beach. Situated on a quiet street within walking distance to public golf course, local market, playground. Enjoy lawn games in large fenced in yard, with firepit, playset for children, or enjoy dinner on the patio with available grill.

The space
Cozy lakeside decor adorns the walls of this idyllic home, with plenty of outdoor seating. Relax in a rocking chair on the front porch with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset in a lounge chair. Large picture windows let plenty of natural light in and provide picturesque views of the landscape.

Please feel free to use the whole 1st and 2nd floors. The bigger shed is used only for storage. Smaller shed has yard equipment(chairs, toys, and games) and additional storage space if you need it.

There are two bunk beds on in the house that are for children or people under 125lbs.
